Aussie summer is coming and we’re excited here at NAFC to offer a huge suite of classes and a spanking new PT studio to keep you guys and gals motivated all year round. From strength classes like pump, spinning those RPM wheels or circuit style training with weights we have something to keep those bodies fired up.

On the flip side if you prefer to do your own thing or just miss that class you really wanted to do, there’s a super awesome new G-WOW (Guy’s Workout of the Week) on the mirror of the PT studio every week. Simply come in, follow the program at your pace and leave feeling happy and accomplished. This is updated weekly to keep you on your toes.

Most importantly though you need to find a routine that works for you and everyone is different, get into a great training program and eat healthy nourishing foods to maintain this base all year round. Try the different classes and see what you love that will keep you motivated and coming back for more.
